Bill Asher – Owner

With over three decades of experience in the trucking industry, Bill brings unparalleled expertise and passion to Asher Conveying. He began his career in 1990, working for his brother’s trucking company, where he spent 25 years mastering driving, dispatching and truck maintenance. Recognizing the growing demand for conveyor trucks in Indianapolis, Bill founded Asher Conveying in 2016. You’ll often find Bill in the field checking job sites, connecting with customers, or even behind the wheel, hauling loads himself—a testament to his love for the industry and commitment to his craft.

Debbie Asher – Owner

A Ball State University graduate with a degree in Communications, Debbie brings experience in customer service, procurement, and contract management to Asher Conveying. In 2017, she transitioned from corporate America to join Bill full-time in managing tasks that keep Asher Conveying running smoothly including handling payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Her organizational expertise and dedication ensure the company delivers exceptional service and maintains its reputation for excellence.

Tyler Asher – Operations Manager

Tyler joined Asher Conveying in April 2017, beginning his career with the company as a conveyor driver. A proud graduate of Indiana University, Tyler has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise, earning him a new role focused on driving efficiency and excellence. Tyler oversees process improvements, inventory control, quality control, compliance, and more. His commitment to optimizing operations and ensuring top-notch standards ensures excellent customer service.

Andy Asher – Dispatcher

Andy joined Asher Conveying in 2017 as a conveyor driver and quickly became an integral part of the team. In 2022, he transitioned to the role of Dispatcher, where he manages daily communication with both customers and drivers. Andy’s responsibilities include providing quotes, helping customers determine their specific needs, and ensuring seamless coordination between the office and the field.

Lori Akers – Executive Assistant

With 20+ years’ experience at Walmart Corporation, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Asher Conveying. At Asher Conveying, Lori is the backbone of administrative operations. She manages daily paperwork from drivers, customer invoicing and quotes with precision and efficiency. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure the smooth operation of the company’s critical processes.

Andrew Prodan – Head Mechanic

With 12+ years of mechanical experience, Andrew is the go-to expert for keeping Asher Conveying’s fleet in top condition. His meticulous approach to maintenance ensures our trucks remain reliable and downtime is minimized, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Andrew’s dedication to excellence and attention to detail play a critical role in the company’s success, ensuring we’re always ready to meet customer needs.
